茯苓栽培方式较多，用木段、树根及松针（松叶加上短枝条）均可。目前主要是利用茯苓菌丝为引子，接到松木上，菌丝在松木中生长一段时期后，便结成菌核，球状，外皮淡棕色或黑褐色，内部粉色或白色，精制后为茯苓。图为堆放整齐的松木。
