陕西汉中元胡目前正值大面积产新期，今年种植面积比去年有所增加，亩产鲜货在1000市斤左右。本地加工户积极收购鲜货，带动鲜品走动畅快，价格随之上涨，现收购价在9元/市斤（折干率在7-7.5：1）。

本地多数种植户都是选择雇工采挖，每人每天人工费在80-90元不等。
